NEWS FROM NOVEMBER 2007
WHAT'S BEEN GOING ON?
Hey, folks!
Sorry that I haven't been as good about updating the news here as I ought to be; life has been a little hectic. A back injury wiped out a big chunk of my fall, and the recording for Red Roses and Dead Things is just getting underway, looking set to wipe out a big chunk of my winter and spring. But that's the fun part, isn't it?
Our 'Behind the Music' pages for Stars Fall Home are almost complete, and will continue to expand until everything is there. Because all this fuss made Pretty Little Dead Girl sad, we've also added some supplemental pages about the people involved with the project, whether on stage, off stage, or in the songs themselves. This is how we show we care.
In 2008, watch for more entries under the 'Writing' menu, as my Poetry Tutorials go up, along with a few essays and pieces of atmospheric fiction. There's a data-mining project going as we speak, extracting the best Iron Poet pieces to share with the world. So there's big things afoot at the Circle K. Big, big things.
Big fun!
ORDERING FOR THE HOLIDAYS.
Hey, folks, just a friendly reminder: if you were planning to surprise someone with their own copy of Stars Fall Home or Pretty Little Dead Girl for the holidays, your order should be received and paid no later than December 12th (December 7th, for international orders). While we can't guarantee holiday delivery even then, we'll absolutely make every possible effort to make it happen.
Also, neither Chris nor I will be going anywhere near a post office between December 12th and January 1st, because we don't want to die. So if your order is received after the 12th, it won't be going out until January.
Thanks!
